Which word is used most in conversations? It is “I”. In a survey, “I” was used 4000 times in 500 telephonic conversations. Who is most important person to you? It is none other than yourself. For everybody, “I”(name) is the most important word and myself the most important person. If you don’t believe, then answer this question honestly – In a group photograph with your friends and relatives, whose photo would you see first? Your friend’s? Relatives’?  No. Everybody first looks for where “I” am and how “I” am looking. But this “I” has the value and presence so long as the body is. Where there is body, there is “I”; the body ceases to exist, “I” is gone and with it “You” too.

How much careful we are in maintaining and caring the house we make ourselves and we live in. But how careful we are in caring our body, the God made and God given house where we live all our life, every second of life from first cry to last breath, day in and day out and which is most important to us?

How dear this body is to us is very clear from the fact that nobody wants to get out it i.e. nobody wants to die. While this body is in workable condition, we don’t even bother to care it as it should be cared for. But when some illness comes, we become ready to sacrifice everything we have, just to make it in order – to regain the original health. If there seems to be any exaggeration in this statement, just think about the families who have ruined financially because of treatments, we all know many. And there may be an example in your neighbourhood who spends huge amount on the headache or backache of his wife or on tonics for his children every month, still does not get health or desired results or permanent solution. As this body is designed by the Nature, it must be looked after naturally which we don’t, simply because we don’t know and we have not been educated about this neither in family nor in schools. Reason: health education is purely absent from families and schools, sad state of modern development. And no doctor tells us because of many reasons, major one is that even the doctor himself is not health educated, you will realize how true this fact is once you have “AuraHealth”.

We value the gifts of our friends presented to us on our birthdays and call them priceless. But the gift of God – body, the only priceless thing in the world, which is the only dearest thing to us – is taken most lightly. It is most complex yet perfect machine, which no doctor can read or know, yet we think we can purchase health from the shop of the doctor.

Is it not our duty to protect and look after our most important and dearest thing in the world; our body, the health; in the best possible way? And if we don’t, who is the sufferer? We and our family only!
