Health and happiness

We do every activity – without exception – just to make us or the persons around us happy. But we never think what happiness really is! A vast majority of people think that money is the only source of happiness. But we fail to analyse that money can never purchase health and the main source of happiness is good health.
We can’t enjoy happiness if we are not in good health. Can anyone enjoy the celebrations of any festival where there is someone in the family sick in the
bed? Is it not our sole responsibility to provide health to everyone who is dependent on us – our family at least, so that we can give them true happiness?
Can we enjoy the feast of our dearest one if we have severe headache or toothache?

We try to present ourselves in society in the best and most beautiful way. But, “There is no cosmetic to beauty like happiness,” Says Margaret Blessington. And happiness and health go side by side as says Joseph Addison, “Health and cheerfulness mutually beget each other.”
